My campaign pillars:
Preserving our Past, Ready for Tomorrow.
Burlington can welcome growth while protecting quality of life. My approach supports development that brings housing, greenspace and community benefits to the neighbourhood it serves without destroying what’s already there.
Connecting our Community.
Burlington needs a transportation network that moves people and good efficiently, improves transit and mobility, and keeps cost manageable. Now is the time to move from planning to delivery.
Supporting a Stronger Local Economy
I will advance an economic strategy that protects existing businesses and employment lands, makes investment easier, and strengthens our rural economy.
Smart Spending for Fiscal Responsibility
Affordability matters to every household. I bring municipal finance experience, corporate discipline and practical problem-solving to strengthen Burlington’s finances.
With debt rising and reserves under pressure, Burlington needs a mayor who can restore balance and protect services.
Reset at City Hall
City Hall works best when residents are at the centre of decision-making, with stronger engagement, accountability and transparency. I bring a unique mix of business and political experience to deliver a more collaborative, service-focused approach.
I brought forward the Lobbyist Registry at City Hall and launched the Whistleblower Program, practical tools for transparency and accountability. Decisions are stronger when residents are included early and have civic trust.
Safe Neighbourhoods
Safe neighbourhoods mean everyone belongs. People can enjoy our city with confidence, stay connected, and care for the spaces we share. Even one crime is one too many. It turns residents into victims and weakens the safety we all deserve.
I heard you Burlington, so here’s what I’m focusing on:
- Delivering real value for your taxes by making tough choices, because residents can’t afford City Hall’s spending. That’s why I’ve found savings and voted against the last two budgets.
- Ensuring everyone has housing choices by advancing policies that respect neighbourhoods while opening up new places to call home across our city.
- Moving past delays and finger-pointing that have led to gridlock by using every available tool and transportation option to improve how we get around.
- Championing a government that works for you: strong leadership, not a “strong mayor,” with meaningful engagement and experienced decision-making that puts your priorities first.
- Building climate resiliency that protects residents and neighbourhoods through practical, forward-looking solutions.
- Expanding support for local businesses while attracting major employers and accelerating permits for investments that matter.
- Strengthening community engagement by putting your voice first at City Hall, with real accountability, transparency, and effective local governance.
What the people are saying
Community
Champion
My sense of community comes naturally. I’m someone who shows up, volunteers, connects with neighbours, and looks for ways to bring people together. Whether it’s through community updates, walking tours, pop-up meetings, or local events, I believe in being present, accessible, and responsive to the people who call Ward 2 home. I will bring this same enthusiasm and passion to the city as a whole.
I’ve been proud to support mental health advocacy, strengthen neighbourhood connections, and help make Burlington a city where people feel welcome and engaged. I care deeply about practical improvements that make a real difference in daily life, from safer public spaces and stronger public realm projects to community-led placemaking and initiatives that support residents in need.
I’ve also worked hard to support Burlington’s local economy and the small businesses that give our community its character. I believe Burlington deserves strong leadership and deep business experience. I live here. I play here. And I will continue to work harder than anyone to help ensure our community remains the best place to live, raise a family, retire, or run a business.
Civic Advocate
- Community Engagement – As Ward 2 Councillor, I’ve hosted regular in-person and virtual town halls and updates to stay connected and accessible to residents.
- Fiscal Responsibility – I’ve consistently advocated for better value for Burlington taxpayers, from budget deliberations to how public dollars are spent.
- Housing Affordability – I support responsible growth and a broader mix of housing options to help address affordability in our city.
- Food Security – My time on the Burlington Food Bank board gave me firsthand insight into the growing need to better support our most vulnerable residents. Tackling the affordability crisis is a top priority.
Donations
I cannot do this alone. With your contribution, I can run a fair and effective campaign that builds awareness and shares my vision with every resident across our city. Just as I advocate for the responsible use of your tax dollars, I pledge to spend every donation wisely and transparently.
Official tax receipts will be provided for all eligible contributions.
